    DESCRIPTION

    CHARACTERISTIC

    1.To adopt special vertical reducer. Compact structure and light weight;

    2.There is no horizontal oil seal for the reducer due to the vertical structure adopted so as to avoid oil leak at the shaft-input side of horizontal structure;

    3.The output side of the reducer is adopted coupling of cross slider. It has no axial connection with the impeller so as to be easy to install and dismount;

    4.The impeller speed is adjusted steplessly by advanced variable frequency controller. Compared with that of series excitation, it is more economical and reliable and easier to operate and maintain.

    STRUCTURE

    As shown in diagram 1, the vertical aerator is composed of vertical reducer, pedestal, coupling of cross slider, main shaft, pump-E type impeller, control panel, etc.The impeller below the surface of the aeration tank shall be driven to rotate to agitate the waste water. The waste water shall enter the flow channel and gets out of the outlet by the whirlpool. It shall renew the surface continuously to let waste water contact the air sufficiently. Oxygen in the air shall be dissolved in waste water to fulfill the process of oxygenate the waste water.
